During the design phase our interior designer works closely with you to truly understand your businesses unique needs – from the number of people your space needs to accommodate, to how you work, your workflows, storage needs and your plans for the future.
We then explore the possibilities that your space offers to create a design that is functional, practical and beautiful.
Visit
We meet with you in your space so that we can thoroughly understand your needs, your vision and the potential the space offers. During this meeting we listen, we ask questions and we provide ideas. But above all else we look for ways to make the most of your available budget.
Assess
To ensure that the design concepts developed meet your needs, we work with you to determine your specific requirements. From how many offices or rooms you need, right through to your lighting, data points, cabling and electrical requirements.
Plan
With a comprehensive understanding of your requirements we look closely at what is and isn’t feasible for the space. This involves assessing any planning or heritage overlays, along with the permits that may be required and liasing with other parties and stakeholders.
Create
This is where the vision begins to take shape. Our Architects and Interior designers create your floor plan and work with you to create colour palettes and select your finishes. All of this is brought to life in 3-dimensional renders that allow you to see exactly how your finished space will look.
