As one of the largest asset finance aggregation groups, College Capital needed their offices to be impressive and to showcase their professionalism.
But at the same time they wanted the environment to be warm and welcoming rather than corporate and cold.
Office Boy worked closely with College Capital to develop a floor plan that made the most of the space and took advantage of the natural light.
The design features glass partitions which allow the limited natural light to shine through the offices and create an environment that is friendly, comfortable and welcoming.
